There are 83 types of ABC fonts available and ready to use, 46 types for Windows and 37 for Apple Macintosh. However, fonts for Windows are split into two categories, normal fonts and zero-spaced fonts and each category has three types of face, here are they:

KHMER NORMAL FONTS

Cambodian consonants and vowels were allocated based on sound of English consonants and vowels; the independent vowels of Cambodian consonants and vowels. Special characters were placed with some of their consonants and vowels and some with other keys.

ABC KHMER ZERO-SPACE FONTS

Their locations imply same as normal fonts. As their name implies, zero-space. There is a space between words and characters but they are unseen. If you want to have a real space, then you type ".". The advantage of zero-space fonts is, that they are easy in text justification when you publish books, newspapers, magazines etc...

ABC Zero-space has three types of face as the same Khmer normal fonts, here are they:
